In this blog, we will discuss another key feature of GUMU™ Integration.\u00a0How a user can promote an A\/R Invoice from Salesforce to Sage 300<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> Before promoting A\/R Invoice, it is mandatory to synchronize few required entities such as A\/R Items, A\/R UOM and A\/R Price-book Entry. Please follow the below steps on how to promote a Sample Invoice in Salesforce using GUMU™ SAGE 300 ERP.<\/p>\n

– > Login to Salesforce.
\n– > Go to App menu and select \u201cGUMU Integration\u201d App.
\n– > Click on \u201cSales Order\u201d tab. From here you can either view integrated Invoice and Sales order OR could create a new Invoice and Sales order and promote it from Salesforce to Sage 300 ERP.<\/p>\n

– > Select desire integration as shown in below image.<\/p>\n

Once the user has selected the desire integration; click on \u201cNew Sales order\u201d button. This would open a new Sales order page wherein you can promote an Invoice as well as Sales Order to Sage 300.
\nTo promote an invoice in sage 300; the user needs to select Document type as Invoice in Salesforce.<\/p>\n
