Our GUMU™ Sage ERP Integration for Salesforce<\/a> (Sage 100, Sage EM and Sage 300) is a real-time bi-directional link. Using GUMU™ user can sync data between Salesforce to Sage ERP and vice versa.<\/p>\n

In the past, there has been a request from a couple of companies using the GUMU™ integration to provide them with the capability in the tool for \u201cPromoting\u201d an SF Account as \u201cVendor\u201d in Sage 100. So we have created a new Add-on<\/strong> that runs over and above the standard GUMU™ app in a Salesforce Org. Here in this blog, we will discuss further details about how a user can promote a Purchase Order of an integrated Vendor record from Salesforce to Sage 100 by using this Extension\/Add-on.<\/p>\n

Please Note:<\/strong> It is mandatory to synchronize some required entities such as AP Division, Vendor Terms Code, and Vendors before promoting a purchase order to sage 100<\/em><\/p>\n

Please follow the below steps on how to promote a Sample Purchase Order in Salesforce using GUMU™ SAGE 100 ERP.<\/p>\n

-> Login<\/strong> to Salesforce.
\n-> Go to App menu and select \u201cGUMU Integration\u201d<\/strong> App.
\n-> Click on \u201cPurchase Order\u201d tab. From here you can either view integrated Purchase Order or could create a new Purchase Order and promote it from Salesforce to Sage 100 ERP.<\/p>\n

Once the user has selected the desire integration; click on \u201cNew Purchase Order\u201d<\/strong> button. This would open a new Purchase Order page wherein he can then promote an Order record to Sage 100.<\/p>\n

Please note that while adding products to the Purchase Order in Salesforce we are populating cost for selected product on a real-time basis.<\/p>\n
