In our GUMU™ integration, we have Salesperson mapping functionality for linking Salesforce users with Sage X3 Salesperson. This functionality integrates Account Owner<\/strong> field in Salesforce with \u201cSales Rep\u201d<\/strong> field in Sage EM.<\/p>\n

Steps for assigning Sale Rep in Sage X3 for Customer:<\/p>\n

-> Click on \u201cCommon Data\u201d<\/strong> section in Sage EM\/X3
\n-> Click on \u201cCustomers\u201d<\/strong>
\n-> Select the customer for which you want to assign the sales-rep.
\n-> Click on \u201cSave\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

Sales Rep Field<\/p><\/div>\n

Steps for Mapping Salesperson:
\n-> Go to “GUMU Settings”<\/strong> in the App menu.
\n-> Click on “Map Salesperson”<\/strong>.
\n-> Select the integration from the list if the default one is not loaded, enter filter values (if needed) for first & Last name values and click on “Find” button.
\n-> Once the list loads start mapping the respective Sage X3\/EM Sales Rep with Salesforce user.
\nFor e.g.: please refer the below screenshot in which we have mapped Sage X3 Sales rep \u201cNA101\u201d with Salesforce user \u201cSoftware Service\u201d.<\/p>\n

-> Click on \u201cSave\u201d button
\n-> Once the mapping is done, then start the import routine.<\/p>\n

Account Owner Field<\/p><\/div>\n

-> Now you can view the Sage EM\/X3 Sales rep as account owner in Salesforce.<\/p>\n

This will map your Sage X3 Sales Rep field with Salesforce account owner field bi-directionally:<\/p>\n

Sage X3 to Salesforce side: <\/strong>If you import any customer from Sage X3 using GUMU Import routine, which contains \u201cNA101\u201d as a salesperson. Then in Salesforce while creating\/updating that Company, Account Owner value will be set as \u201cSoftware Service\u201d as he is the Salesforce user mapped with \u201cNA101\u201d in the Salesperson Mapping.<\/p>\n

Salesforce to Sage X3: <\/strong>If you create any new customer in Salesforce and try to promote it to X3 then while promoting that customer to X3, it will auto load the sage X3 salesperson in the salesperson field which is already mapped with that company\u2019s Account owner field in Salesperson mapping.<\/p>\n
