This functionality integrates <strong>Account Owner<\/strong> field in Salesforce with <strong>\u201cSales Rep\u201d<\/strong> field in Sage EM.<\/p>\n<p>Steps for assigning Sale Rep in Sage X3 for Customer:<\/p>\n<p>-&gt; Click on <strong>\u201cCommon Data\u201d<\/strong> section in Sage EM\/X3<br \/>\n-&gt; Click on <strong>\u201cCustomers\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\n-&gt; Select the customer for which you want to assign the sales-rep.<br \/>\n-&gt; Go to <strong>&#8220;GUMU Settings&#8221;<\/strong> in the App menu.<br \/>\n-&gt; Click on <strong>&#8220;Map Salesperson&#8221;<\/strong>.<br \/>\n-&gt; Select the integration from the list if the default one is not loaded, enter filter values (if needed) for first &amp; Now you can view the Sage EM\/X3 Sales rep as account owner in Salesforce.<\/p>\n<p>This will map your Sage X3 Sales Rep field with Salesforce account owner field bi-directionally:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sage X3 to Salesforce side: <\/strong>If you import any customer from Sage X3 using GUMU Import routine, which contains \u201cNA101\u201d as a salesperson.
