Since, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/product\/gumu\/gumu-connector\">GUMU&#x2122; integration<\/a> processes &#8220;Account Import&#8221; functionality for importing Sage 300 Customers, in this blog we will be learning on how to control the issue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If an &#8220;Admin&#8221; is attempting to import customer from Sage 300 to Salesforce, there is a possibility that he might encounter the &#8220;Duplicate Account&#8221; issue because of the criteria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following steps are needed to be performed. If a user is attempting to import Customer from Sage 300 to the Salesforce org.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Click on \u201c<strong>App Launcher<\/strong>\u201d<\/li><li> Click on \u201c<strong>GUMU Setting<\/strong>\u201d Application <\/li><li> Click on \u201c<strong>Import data<\/strong>\u201d Module <\/li><li> Click on \u201c<strong>Import Customer<\/strong>\u201d Import routine<em>, or in case you have customized the same as per your business need, please refer the same.<\/em> <\/li><li> Click on the \u201c<strong>Sync Now\u201d<\/strong> button <\/li><li> On clicking \u201c<strong>Sync Now\u201d<\/strong> button present on import routine page, the user receives the below error .<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/1_Account-import.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/1_Account-import.jpg\" alt=\"Account Import Error\"><\/a>\n\n\n\n<p>This indicates that, the Account you are trying to import is similar to the Account which is already present in the Salesforce org. Therefore, the integration indicates this validation. Hence,particular customer import from Sage 300 to Salesforce is prevented and so we need to link the existing Salesforce Account with Sage 300 Customer, only if all the data of particular Sage 300 Customer is same as the Salesforce Account. Also, if all the data of particular Sage 300 Customer is not similar to Salesforce Account, in this scenario, you can deactivate the duplication rule and import the particular Customer in Salesforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The standard Account matching rule identifies duplicate Accounts using match keys, a matching equation, and matching criteria.
