This functionality integrates the Account Owner field in Salesforce with the \u201cSales Rep\u201d field in Sage 100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This blog is part 1 of the series of blogs explaining the &#8220;Salesperson Mapping&#8221; functionality implemented by GUMU&#x2122; integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\"><em>To assign <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/1_Sage-100-Sales-Rep-Field.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Sales Rep in Sage 100 for Customer (opens in a new tab)\">Sales Rep in Sage 100 for Customer<\/a>, simply login to the Sage 100 system and navigate to the &#8220;Customer Maintenance&#8221; screen under Accounts Receivables &#8211; &gt; Main menu. Select the specific Customer record and navigate to the &#8220;Salesperson&#8221; field on &#8220;Main&#8221; tab of the screen.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Steps for Mapping Salesperson in Salesforce: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to <strong>&#8220;GUMU Settings&#8221;<\/strong> in the App launcher.<\/li><li>Click on Salesperson Mapping. <\/li><li>User can <strong><em>enter filter values for first &amp; last name<\/em><\/strong> and click on <strong>&#8220;Get List&#8221;<\/strong> button or can directly click on <strong>&#8220;Get List&#8221;<\/strong> to view the values accordingly.<\/li><li>Once the list loads start mapping the respective Sage 100 Sales Rep with Salesforce User.   <br>For e.g. kindly refer the below picture in which we have mapped Sage 100 Sales Rep \u201cJK78\u201d with Salesforce user \u201cGUMU Testing\u201d.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/2_Salesperson-mapping.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/2_Salesperson-mapping.png\" alt=\"Salesperson Mapping\"><\/a><\/center>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>User can also click on <strong>&#8220;Auto Match&#8221;<\/strong> button to map salesperson automatically or one can also assign\/change Salesperson by clicking on the lookup button and manually select the Salesperson they want to map.<\/li><li>Once done with the mappings, just click on <strong>\u201cSave\u201d<\/strong> button to commit those mapping to the database for further use.<\/li><li> After saving, <strong>the details from this mapping will be used in the &#8220;Customer\/Account Import&#8221; routine and while promoting\/ updating the <\/strong>(linked, in case of updation of existing) <strong>Accounts.<\/strong><\/li><li>Now you can view the Sage 100 Sales rep as account owner in Salesforce.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/3_Account-Owner-Field.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/3_Account-Owner-Field.png\" alt=\"Salesperson Mapping\"><\/a><\/center>\n\n\n\n<p>This will map your Sage 100 Sales Rep field with Salesforce account owner field bi-directionally.  <br><br><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Sage 100 to Salesforce side: (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/2019\/07\/23\/salesperson-mapping-functionality-in-gumu-with-sage-100-erp-part-3\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sage 100 to Salesforce side:<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>If you import\/update any customer from Sage 100 using GUMU Import routine, which contains \u201cJK78\u201d as a salesperson.
