For instance, user requires to transfer over Sales Order Comment information to Sage 100 ERP system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They can easily achieve that by simply following the steps mentioned below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Navigate\nto the GUMU&#x2122; Settings Page and click on the Entity Mapping\/Import Option<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/01_EntityMappingImport.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/01_EntityMappingImport.png\" alt=\"Entity Mapping Import\"><\/a><\/center>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click onto the Import Routine specific for Orders (the one where Object states as &#8220;Order&#8221;). Navigate to the Details tab and click on SF to ERP Option.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/02_MappingComment.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/02_MappingComment.png\" alt=\"Mapping SO\/OE Comment\"><\/a><\/center>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Map the additional field &#8220;Comment&#8221; to the Sage 100 ERP Order &#8220;Comment&#8221; information field as shown in the above image.<\/li><li>Now , navigate to the GUMU&#x2122; Integration Page and click on the &#8220;Sales Order&#8221; Tab. Create a &#8220;New&#8221; (or you can edit a non-promoted) Order. In case of a new Order, fill in the necessary details for the orders.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/03_-SalesOrderScreen.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/03_-SalesOrderScreen.png\" alt=\"GUMU Sales Order Screen\"><\/a><\/center>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>User can now click on the &#8220;Additional Fields&#8221; button as highlighted in the image above; this will enable the users to enter comments specific for the created Order.<\/li><li> After entering the value for additional field &#8220;Comments&#8221;, click on Save button to save the changes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/04_CommentInformation.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/04_CommentInformation.png\" alt=\"Additional Information (OE Comments)\"><\/a><\/center>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Finally click on the &#8220;Save and Promote&#8221; button.
