Using GUMU&#x2122; user can sync data between Salesforce to Sage ERP and vice versa. Here in this blog we will discuss how a user can make use of the Standard Salesforce Sales WorkFlow functionality and use the Quote created (using the Real-Time pricing from Sage) in Salesforce to promote to Sage 100 ERP system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before understanding the functionality of Promote Quote, we will first understand about Opportunity &amp; Quote while using them in Salesforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Opportunity:-<\/u><\/strong> It is an instance where a user has a discussion with a contact and the person might be connected to the offerings made. In order to experience an Opportunity, user needs to convert the Lead into Account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><u><strong>Quote:-<\/strong> <\/u>Quote is a price estimate based on customer needs, which can be Accepted or Rejected by them and based on the response can be taken further by us to deliver the products that they need. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please follow the below steps in order to create Quote through Opportunity in Salesforce using GUMU&#x2122;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Login to Salesforce.<\/li><li>Go to App Launcher &amp; Select <strong>\u201cGUMU Integration\u201d<\/strong> App.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/1_GUMU-Integration-App.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/1_GUMU-Integration-App.png\" alt=\"GUMU Integration App\"><\/a><\/center>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Navigate to <strong>\u201cAccounts\u201d<\/strong> tab in <strong>\u201cGUMU Integration App\u201d<\/strong> and select an <strong>\u201cAccount\u201d<\/strong> for which you wish to create an Opportunity <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/2_Account.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/2_Account.png\" alt=\"Account Selection\"><\/a><\/center>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>After navigating to Account, Salesforce displays a <strong>\u201cRelated\u201d<\/strong> tab where in you can scroll and see <strong>\u201cOpportunity<\/strong>\u201d Object.
