A list of all accounts in the Salesforce is displayed.<\/li><li>Open an account with type as &#8220;<strong>Vendor<\/strong>&#8221; which is not linked with any Sage 300 record. The Account details screen appears as below.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/2_Sage_300_Account_Type_Vendor.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/2_Sage_300_Account_Type_Vendor.png\" alt=\"Sage_300_Account_Type_Vendor\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Sage_300_Account_Type_Vendor<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on \u201c<strong>Promote Vendor<\/strong> \u201d Button. <\/li><li>And you will be navigated to a page for selecting integration from the list or it will display the default integration, if one has been set\/marked to be used as <strong><em>\u201cDefault Integration\u201d<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/3_Sage_300_Integration.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/3_Sage_300_Integration.png\" alt=\"Sage_300_Integration\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Sage_300_Integration<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on \u201c<strong>Next<\/strong>\u201d button.  The screen navigates to a page for selecting \/entering ERP details required for promoting a Vendor. Fill the required details &#8211; <ol><li> <strong>Integration<\/strong> &#8211; Specify previously selected integration name<br><\/li><li><strong>Group Code<\/strong> &#8211; Specify the Group code,in case your organization is using the Group Code functionality in sage ERP<br><\/li><li><strong>Account Set<\/strong> &#8211; Specify the Account Set to be used for vendor based on the business scenario.<br><\/li><li><strong>Terms Code<\/strong> &#8211; Specify the Terms Code to be used for vendor based on the business scenario.<br><\/li><li><strong>Tax Group<\/strong> &#8211; Specify the Tax Group to be used for vendor based on the business scenario.<br><\/li><li><strong>Vendor No<\/strong> &#8211; Specify non-existing \u201cvendor Number\u201d to be used for vendor record based on the business scenario.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/4_Sage_300_Promote_Account_Vendor.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/4_Sage_300_Promote_Account_Vendor.png\" alt=\"Sage_300_Promote_Account_Vendor\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Sage_300_Promote_Account_Vendor<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Once entered, click on \u201c<strong>Promote<\/strong>\u201d button. <\/li><li>After promoting the Account as Vendor in Sage 300 ERP, user can see the Vendor No. on Account Screen, along with the Integration image thus confirming the record linkage.
