Using GUMU&#x2122; user can sync data between Salesforce to Sage ERP and vice versa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"previous blog (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/2018\/06\/29\/gumu-add-on-for-promoting-salesforce-orders-as-a-purchase-order-to-sage-100\/\" target=\"_blank\">previous blog<\/a>, we have explained the functional aspect of the add-on that is used over and above the standard GUMU package for Vendors &amp; Purchase Order entities of the Sage ERP. In this blog we will be referencing the usage of the add-on in the Lightning version of Salesforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong><em>Please Note:<\/em><\/strong> It is mandatory to synchronize some required entities such as <strong><em>AP Division, Vendor Terms Code, and Vendors<\/em><\/strong> before promoting a Purchase Order to Sage 100.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Please follow the below steps on how to Promote a Sample Purchase Order in Salesforce using <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"GUMU&#x2122; for Salesforce - Sage 100 ERP (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/product\/sage-100-erp\/gumu-100-salesforce-integration\" target=\"_blank\">GUMU&#x2122; for Salesforce &#8211; Sage 100 ERP<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Login to Salesforce.<\/li><li>Go to App menu and select <strong>\u201cGUMU Integration\u201d<\/strong> App. <\/li><li>Click on <strong>\u201cPurchase Order\u201d<\/strong> tab where you can either view integrated Purchase Order or could create a new Purchase Order and promote it from Salesforce to Sage 100 ERP.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/1_Order-List.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/1_Order-List.jpg\" alt=\"Order List\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Order List<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Select desired integration as shown in below image. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/2_GUMU-ERP-Selection.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/2_GUMU-ERP-Selection.jpg\" alt=\"GUMU Sage 100 ERP Integration Selection\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>GUMU Sage 100 ERP Integration Selection<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Once the user has selected the desire integration; click on \u201cNew\u201d button.
