The Account detail screen appears as below along with a <em>Promote Vendor button.<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/2_Account-View.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/2_Account-View.jpg\" alt=\"Account Type Vendor\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Account Type Vendor<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on <strong>&#8220;Promote Vendor&#8221;<\/strong> button. And you will be navigated to a page for selecting integration from the list or it will display the default integration, if 1 has been set\/marked to be used as <em><strong>\u201cDefault Integration\u201d<\/strong><\/em>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/3_Select-Integration.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/3_Select-Integration.jpg\" alt=\"Select Integration\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Select Integration<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on <strong>\u201cNext\u201d<\/strong> button. The screen navigates to a page for selecting \/entering ERP details required for promoting a Vendor. Fill the required details \u2013  <ol><li><em><strong>Integration<\/strong><\/em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Specify previously selected Integration name.<\/li><li><em><strong>AP Division<\/strong><\/em> \u2013 Specify the AP Division to be used for Vendor record based on the Sage database setup.<\/li><li><em><strong>Terms Code<\/strong><\/em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Specify the Terms Code to be used for Vendor based on the business scenario.<\/li><li><em><strong>Vendor No<\/strong><\/em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Specify non-existing \u201cVendor Number\u201d to be used for Vendor record based on the business scenario. <\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/4_GUMU-Promote-Screen.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/4_GUMU-Promote-Screen.jpg\" alt=\"GUMU Promote Screen\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>GUMU Promote Screen<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on <strong>Promote<\/strong> button.
