To set the cache control, Below are the specifications for them:<ul><li><strong><em>Private\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>specifies that the static resource data cached on the Salesforce server shouldn\u2019t be shared with other users. The static resource is only stored in cache for the current user\u2019s session.<\/li><li><strong><em>Public\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>specifies that the static resource data cached on the Salesforce server be shared with other users in your organization for faster load times.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Once selected, Save the file.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/1_Create-Static-resource-file.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/1_Create-Static-resource-file.jpg\" alt=\"Create Static Resources file\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Create Static Resources file<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to the Account objects, fields section and search for the \u201c<strong>Customer No.<\/strong>\u201d field label, <em>selected field will have the data type as \u201c<\/em><strong><em>Formula<\/em><\/strong><em>\u201d.<\/em> <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/2_GUMU-Customer-No.-field.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/2_GUMU-Customer-No.-field.jpg\" alt=\"GUMU Customer No. field\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>GUMU Customer No. field<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Open another tab, create a new field for the Account object and name it as per your convenience with the data type as \u201c<strong>Formula<\/strong>\u201d.
