Sage ERP Integration for Salesforce<\/a> (Sage 100, Sage X3 and Sage 300) is a real-time bi-directional link.Using GUMU&#x2122; user can sync data between Salesforce to Sage ERP and vice versa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog we will be see the how to promote an Purchase Order to Sage 300 system in the Lightning version of Salesforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong><em>Please Note:<\/em><\/strong> It is mandatory to synchronize some required entities such as <strong><em>Account Set, Vendor Terms Code, Tax Group and Vendors<\/em><\/strong> before promoting a <em>Purchase Order to Sage 300<\/em>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Please follow the examples in the below steps on how to Promote a sample Purchase Order from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/product\/sage-300-erp\/gumu-300-salesforce-integration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Salesforce to Sage 300 ERP system (opens in a new tab)\">Salesforce to Sage 300 ERP system<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Login to Salesforce.<\/li><li>Go to App menu and select <strong>\u201cGUMU Integration\u201d<\/strong> app.<\/li><li>Click on \u201c<strong>Purchase Order\u201d<\/strong> tab where you can either view integrated Purchase Order or could create a new Purchase Order and promote it from Salesforce to Sage 300 ERP.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/1_Order-List.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9;
