One of the new key features introduced in GUMU&#x2122; is it enables user to Import and Export the Entity Mapping from the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Entity Mapping\/Import (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/2019\/08\/21\/import-entity-routine-in-gumus-new-pure-lightning-interface\/\" target=\"_blank\">Entity Mapping\/Import<\/a> tab. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier, if the user needed the mapping to be added to a different Org, they had to create it manually. But now user can <strong>Export<\/strong> routine from Sandbox to Production\u00a0to get the results without much efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kindly follow the steps stated below in order to use Import\/Export Mapping functionality in Salesforce: \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Login to Salesforce Org.<\/li><li>Go to App Launcher and select <strong>\u201cGUMU\nSettings\u201d<\/strong> from app list.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/1_GUMU-Setting.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/1_GUMU-Setting.png\" alt=\"GUMU Settings\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>GUMU Settings<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on <strong>\u201cEntity Mapping\/Import\u201d<\/strong> tab to view entity mapping list page. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/2_Entity-Mapping-Import.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/2_Entity-Mapping-Import.png\" alt=\"Entity Mapping Import\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Entity Mapping Import<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Select the entity mapping for which you want to export the file and click on <strong>\u201cExport Mapping\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/li><li>The selected Entity Mapping file will be available through download immediately as shown in below image. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/3_ExportMapping.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/3_ExportMapping.png\" alt=\"Export Mapping\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Export Mapping<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>If need be user can also Edit the data for any modification (adding or deleting) the data in the file. Additionally, User need to Schedule import routine and add filter criteria in Header\/Details tab manually.
