They need to click on the checkbox on individual record and it is a time-consuming process. GUMU&#x2122; Integration provides ability in which user can automatically activate all products in Salesforce using the in-build import routine feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are the steps that need to be performed to keep every product Active in Salesforce automatically through import routine: &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to \u201c<strong>App Launcher<\/strong>\u201d<\/li><li>Search for \u201c<strong>GUMU Setting<\/strong>\u201d and click on it.<\/li><li>Click on \u201c<strong>Entity Mapping\/Import<\/strong>\u201d<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Modifying Import Routines<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Open the \u201c<strong>Product<\/strong>\u201d import routine as displayed below the image.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/1.-Product-Import-Routine.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/1.-Product-Import-Routine.png\" alt=\"Product Import Routine\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Product Import Routine<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Once the user opens the Product import routine, go to the \u201c<strong>Details<\/strong>\u201d tab. And click on the \u201c<strong>Edit<\/strong>\u201d button to add new mapping as shown below image.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/2.-Mapping-of-Product.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/2.-Mapping-of-Product.png\" alt=\"Mapping of Product\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Mapping of Product<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>As a result,<\/em>They will find the Target field label as \u201c<strong>Active<\/strong>\u201d which should be always kept as \u201c<strong>True<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li><li>Using this the Product that will import\/update through the import routine, however<strong>,&nbsp;<\/strong>will be mark as \u201c<strong>Active<\/strong>\u201d for use in Salesforce. Finally, click on the \u201c<strong>Save<\/strong>\u201d button. This is an on-demand\/manual request to import new\/updated products from Sage to Salesforce.<\/li><li>User can go to the \u201c<strong>Log<\/strong>\u201d section and click on the \u201c<strong>Refresh<\/strong>\u201d button to check the logs.
