It is possible to use images for different records of a Salesforce object to draw the user\u2019s attention to a specific record. Let us take an example of the Case object in Salesforce. We can use different flags to define different priorities of any case.<\/p>\n

Looking at the flags will allow the users to immediately know the priority of a particular case. For example, we can use a red flag for high priority cases, a yellow flag for medium priority cases and a green flag for low priority cases.<\/p>\n

To do this, the user needs to create a formula field on the Case object and use the following formula \u2013<\/p>\n

As can be seen from the above screenshot, the cases have a priority flag displayed next to it that enhances the overall UI of the case screen.<\/p>\n
