{"id":5963,"date":"2021-01-19T06:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-01-19T06:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/?p=5963"},"modified":"2021-01-14T05:39:26","modified_gmt":"2021-01-14T05:39:26","slug":"synching-additional-order-details-fields-from-salesforce-to-sage-300-erp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/2021\/01\/19\/synching-additional-order-details-fields-from-salesforce-to-sage-300-erp\/","title":{"rendered":"Synching Additional (Order Details) Fields from Salesforce to Sage 300 ERP"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In the previous blog, we looked on the ways to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/2020\/05\/18\/gumu-salesforce-tricks-tips-synching-additional-order-fields-from-salesforce-to-sage-300-erp\/\">Synching Additional (Order) Fields from Salesforce to Sage 300 ERP<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog we will showcase user the further ways to Sync additional values from the Order Detail screen for the selected Product from Salesforce to Sage 300 ERP system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the below steps to see how user can Promote order details Additional field while promoting orders to Sage 300 ERP system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>System Setting<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Firstly, navigate to the\u00a0<strong><em>GUMU Settings<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li><li>Secondly, click on the\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cEntity Mapping\/Import\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0tab.<\/li><li>Open \u201c<strong>Sage300ERP-OrderLines<\/strong>\u201d import routine as indicated in the image below.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/1.-Entity-Mapping-Import.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/1.-Entity-Mapping-Import.png\" alt=\"Entity Mapping Import\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Entity Mapping Import<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Once user open orderlines import routine, Navigate to the Details tab and click on \u201c<strong>SF to ERP<\/strong>\u201d section.<\/li><li>Now, map the field of your choice. For example we are mapping the additional \u201c<strong>Quantity Committed<\/strong>\u201d field of Salesforce to \u201c<strong>Quantity Committed<\/strong>\u201d field of Sage 300 system as shown in below image.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/2.-Mapping-Additional-Fields.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/2.-Mapping-Additional-Fields.png\" alt=\"Mapping Additional Fields\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Mapping Additional Fields<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Now, user needs to create an additional layout for activating the \u201c<strong>Additional Fields<\/strong>\u201d button on the Add Product screen of Order line items. User can refer the blog posted for\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/2019\/09\/19\/gumu-salesforce-tricks-tips-activating-additional-fields-button-for-use-during-sales-order-promotion\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sales Order Header<\/a>\u00a0layout. It\u2019s just that instead of the \u201c<strong>Order<\/strong>\u201d object, you will have to refer \u201c<strong>OrderItem<\/strong>\u201d object. And follow the remaining steps by choosing \u201c<strong>Quantity Committed<\/strong>\u201d field that are added in the above mapping.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>System Usage<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Firstly, navigate to the\u00a0<strong>\u201c<em>GUMU Integration\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0app page and click on the Sales Order Tab. Create a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/2019\/11\/19\/promote-sales-order-from-sf-to-sage-300-erp-through-gumu-using-salesforce-lightning-components\/\" target=\"_blank\">New Order<\/a> for an Integrated\/Linked Account in Salesforce.<\/li><li>After filling the Order Header information and ERP Information, navigate to the Order Line Tab. Click on the \u201c<strong>Add product<\/strong>\u201d button and select the product from Sage 300 ERP which is available to use in Salesforce.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/3.-Sales-Order-Line-Screen.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/3.-Sales-Order-Line-Screen.png\" alt=\"Sales Order Line Screen\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Sales Order Line Screen<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In addition, user can now click on the\u00a0\u201c<strong><em>Additional Fields\u201d <\/em><\/strong>button\u00a0on the\u00a0Order Add Product\u00a0Screen. This will enable the users to enter the Quantity Committed information for the selected Product as displayed in below image. Click on \u201c<strong>Save<\/strong>\u201d button to save the changes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/4.-Quantity-Committed-Information.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/4.-Quantity-Committed-Information.png\" alt=\"Quantity Committed Information\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Quantity Committed Information<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Once the changes are made, user can click the\u00a0<strong>\u201cSave and Promote\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button which is available on Order Header layout to promote the Order record to Sage 300 system.<\/li><li>User can navigate to the promoted Sales Order record in the Sage 300 ERP.
