Before moving forward, kindly refer to our previous blog on how to create <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/2019\/09\/09\/promote-sales-order-from-sf-to-sage-100-erp-through-gumu-using-salesforce-lightning-components\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sales orders in Salesforce &amp; Promote Sales Order<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the below steps to promote multiple orders from Salesforce to Sage 100 ERP system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Firstly, login to Salesforce.<\/li><li>Secondly, navigate to app launcher and select \u201c<strong>GUMU Integration<\/strong>\u201d from&nbsp;app list.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/1_GUMU-Integration.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/1_GUMU-Integration.png\" alt=\"GUMU Integration App\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>GUMU Integration App<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>After that, user can click on the <strong>&#8220;Bulk Post&#8221;<\/strong> tab, as shown in the below image.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/1.-Bulk-Post-Tab.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/1.-Bulk-Post-Tab.jpg\" alt=\"Bulk Post Tab\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Bulk Post Tab<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Finally, click on the &#8220;<strong>Order<\/strong>&#8221; mini tab, which is present under the &#8220;<strong>Bulk Post&#8221; <\/strong>tab.<\/li><li>Once you click on the &#8220;<strong>Order<\/strong>&#8221; tab, you will see the list of orders whose data you have saved in Sales Order section for the promotion. In addition, you can search the particular Order by using the search box; as shown in the below image.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/3_Order-Tab.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/3_Order-Tab.png\" alt=\"Bulk Post Order Tab\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Bulk Post Order Tab<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>After that, you need to select the orders, which you want to promote from Salesforce to Sage 100 ERP or you can select all the orders and click on the &#8220;<strong>Post<\/strong>&#8221; button as indicated in below image.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/4_Post-Button.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/4_Post-Button.png\" alt=\"Bulk Order Selection and Post Button\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Bulk Order Selection and Post Button<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Once you click on the &#8220;<strong>Post<\/strong>&#8221; button, selected orders will proceed for the promotion.<\/li><li>&nbsp;In addition, user will see the status of orders been processed under the &#8220;<strong>Posting Status<\/strong>&#8221; column. Also, they can click on &#8220;<strong>Refresh<\/strong>&#8221; button to refresh the page.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Various Stages\/Steps of Bulk Promote<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>There are four types of posting status:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>SAVED<\/strong>: Order has just been saved in SF and is yet to be posted to Sage.<\/li><li><strong>POSTING<\/strong>: Order promotion is currently in promotion process.<\/li><li><strong>POSTING FAILED: <\/strong>An error occurs while processing order.<\/li><li><strong>POSTED: <\/strong>Order posted successfully.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>Please note if any error occurs while processing orders, it will be displayed under the <strong>&#8220;Error&#8221;<\/strong> column. It helps user to understand the cause\/warning of the error\/issue and the user can try to promote the records again after correction.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Types of Bulk Promote<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bulk Promotion of record can be processed in either of the 2 ways as explained below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-fd1ec9e0-2f82-4c76-950d-d45589dc39f9\"><li><strong>Manual Process<\/strong>: Firstly, user will have to mark\/select the records to promote. Secondly, click on the \u201c<strong>Post<\/strong>\u201d button to start the manual Bulk Promotion<\/li><li><strong>Schedule Process<\/strong>: User can Schedule Bulk Promotion by clicking on the \u201c<strong>Schedule<\/strong>\u201d button. User can schedule it using the following options <strong><em>Daily, Hourly, Weekly, and Monthly<\/em><\/strong> and as per the time\/date to start the process.
