Some are known, and some are not, since not everyone has wisdom about the errors encountered on the screen. So in this blog, we focus on understanding the basic troubleshooting steps to perform if ERROR [S0000] occurs while accessing the SData URL over the web. So to resolve the above-encountered error, one needs to ask the \u201c<strong>Administrator<\/strong>\u201d or any user with appropriate rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/2.Sage-100-Logon.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/2.Sage-100-Logon.png\" alt=\"Sage 100 Logon\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Sage 100 Logon<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u><em>Solution\/Resolution<\/em><\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The User needs to log in to the Sage 100 ERP application to identify the problem with the User used for accessing SData over the web. Now go to the &#8220;Custom Office&#8221; module&#8221;&nbsp; as shown below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/3.Custom-Office.jpg.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/3.Custom-Office.jpg.png\" alt=\"Custom-Office\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Custom-Office<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>Clicking the &#8220;<strong>User-Defined Field and Table Maintenance<\/strong>&#8221; sub-module will pop a screen where we need to Double Click on the module in which you are getting an error, then click on the <strong>Edit Fields<\/strong> Option. After performing the above steps, <strong>Restart the IIS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em><strong>Note: &#8211;<\/strong> Before performing the above steps, please delete the <strong>&#8220;MassContract.XSD&#8221;<\/strong> file located in the following given path (C:\\sage\\Sage 100 Standard\\MAS90\\SData, assuming the Sage system is installed in C drive).<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Conclusion<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>This error is caused due to some missing files related to DNS. When you reset the password and restart IIS, it restores all the default files.
