Some are known, and some are not, since not everyone has wisdom about the mistakes encountered on the screen. In this blog, we focus on understanding the basic troubleshooting steps to perform if ERROR <strong>[PVX data deserialization failed.]<\/strong> occurs while promoting accounts from Salesforce to Sage ERP. After performing the above steps, <strong>Restart the \u00a0IIS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em><strong>Note: &#8211;<\/strong> Before performing the above steps, please delete the <strong>&#8220;MassContract.XSD&#8221;<\/strong> file located in the following given path (C:\\sage\\Sage 100 Standard\\MAS90\\SData, assuming the Sage system is installed in C drive).<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Conclusion<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>This error is caused due to some missing fields information of Sage in the SData definition file. When you reset the password and restart IIS, it restores all the default files.
