Salesforce provides a useful Stay-in-Touch Requests feature using which the administrator or someone who owns a contact can send an email to the contact requesting to provide updated contact details.<\/p>\n<p>To request updated information, follow the below steps \u2013<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Navigate to the contact for which you require updated information. Click on Request Update button as shown below<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/request-update.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-706 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/request-update.jpg\" alt=\"request update\" width=\"663\" height=\"477\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>This will open a form as shown below. This email will have a link which will open a contact details form.
