We have recently released the Sage Intacct integration to Salesforce and have explained one of the key feature of the integration in this blog. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Sage Intacct system, each account has one or more than one Contact, whereas Salesforce supports multiple contacts. In this blog, we will discuss how to promote Contacts from&nbsp;Salesforce to Sage Intacct ERP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Steps to Update or Promote Salesforce Contact to Sage Intacct Customer Contact<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Log in to your Salesforce Org.<\/li><li>Go to the app launcher and find the \u201cGUMU\u2122 Integration\u201d App. Click on \u201cGUMU\u2122 Integration.\u201d<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Create-New-Contact1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Create-New-Contact1.png\" alt=\"Create New Contact\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Create New Contact <\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on the Accounts tab. A list of all Accounts in the Salesforce Organization is displayed. The Primary Contact refers to the main point of contact for a particular entity or account.<\/li><li><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Is Display:<\/span><\/strong> The Display Contact serves as the representative contact for public-facing information or display purposes.<\/li><li><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Bill To:<\/span><\/strong> For Promoting contact as Bill-to contact. The Bill To Contact is the designated recipient of invoices or billing statements for a specific account or transaction.<\/li><li><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ship To:<\/span><\/strong> For Promoting contact as Bill-to contact.
