Integration from the App List.<\/li><li>Navigate to the Accounts tab.<\/li><li>Click on any promoted Account(To know how to Promote any Account refer to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/2017\/05\/30\/promote-customer-from-salesforce-to-sage-x3-using-gumu-integration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Promote Customer<\/a>).<\/li><li>Select the \u201cERPCustomer Details\u201d button to access the Real-Time Inquiry screen after the selection.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/1.ERP-Customer-Details.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9;
