This feature allows you to view the information of an existing Promoted &#8220;Account&#8221; in Salesforce as a &#8220;Customer&#8221; in the Sage 300 ERP System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fb4cdfe1d4edb759b5046a44e92079f0\"><strong>Viewing Promoted Accounts made Easy with GUMU<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With this feature, viewing promoted accounts made easy for users and can view and synchronize data related to Sage 300. Follow the steps outlined below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login to Salesforce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to GUMU&#x2122; Integration and click on the Account tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, click on the New button and fill all the required information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Account that you have created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the ERP Addresses and Fields tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/1.-Account-Screen.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/1.-Account-Screen.png\" alt=\"Viewing Promoted Accounts made Easy through Account Screen\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i> Account Screen <\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the Account is not promoted, a message will be displayed, \u201cPlease link this Account with the ERP\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the Account is not linked or promoted to a Customer record in Sage 300, you can promote or link the Account using the Link Account functionality in GUMU Settings. For detailed instructions on how to promote an Account, please refer to the Sage 300 blog <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/2019\/07\/09\/promote-salesforce-account-to-sage-100-customer-using-gumu-lightning-version\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once an Account is promoted it becomes a new record in Sage 300 ERP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ERP Fields tab will now be divided into two sections :<ul><li>ERP Fields<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refresh ERP Data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ce851244ab0887392686263442bc9c74\"><strong>Section 1: ERP Fields<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After promoting the Account to Sage 300, the following fields will be displayed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer No.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Category<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tax Group<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fax<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integration Key<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>External UID<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/3.-Sage-300-ERP-Fields-with-matched-data.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/3.-Sage-300-ERP-Fields-with-matched-data.png\" alt=\"Sage 300 ERP Fields with matched data\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i> Sage 300 ERP Fields with matched data <\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Section 2: Refresh ERP Data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Refresh ERP Data is the functionality which compares the Sage300 ERP-SF data and if there is any mismatch between the data then it updates the fields in Salesforce&nbsp;on the basis of real time changes.In this feature there are two scenarios to consider:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the data matches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the data is mismatched<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d39b7254af4612f11d5f964e6988e69c\"><strong>First Scenario: If the data matches<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/3.-Sage-300-ERP-Fields-with-matched-data.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/3.-Sage-300-ERP-Fields-with-matched-data.png\" alt=\"Sage 300 ERP Fields with matched data\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i> Sage 300 ERP Fields with matched data <\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>As shown in image, if there is no mismatch in the data then a label along with the Preview button will be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the user clicks the Preview Button, a screen will pop up displaying the data from both Salesforce and Sage 300 ERP. Clicking on the Preview button will open a pop-up displaying the data from Salesforce and Sage 300 ERP.
