- Navigate to app launcher and select \u201cGUMU™ Settings\u201d from app list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

- Click on the \u201cEntity Mapping\/Import\u201d tab to view entity list page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

- Select the entity for which you want to run the import routine and go to the \u201cDetails\u201d tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click on the \u201cFilter\u201d tab to add a filter and click the \u201cEdit\u201d button to Use Filters in Import routines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

- Click on the \u201cAdd Filter Row\u201d button to add the filter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

- Select the \u201cSource Field\u201d value from drop-down, which shows all the fields of Sage X3 related to the API name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select the \u201cOperator\u201d value from drop down.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Enter the \u201cValue\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click on “Active\u201d checkbox to activate the filter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- You can go on adding as many filter rows as you need, all of them will be applied with an \u201cAND\u201d operator to the data. Once done, simply click \u201cSave\u201d and the data will be filtered and brought over on the next execute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

- For example as shown in the above image, we needed to import a particular product through the Import. So in the Source Field we selected \u201cItem code\u201d. In the Operator we selected \u201cEquals\u201d and in Value entered \u201cBMS001\u201d i.e. Item code value. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- To review the data before importing, save the filter and then click on the Preview <\/strong>button, this will Use Filters in Import routine and show only the specific data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If the user wants to skip any unwanted data, he can simply change the operator with \u201cnot equal to\u201d, then the particular data will be skipped.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
