To do this, navigate to Setup >><\/strong> Administration Setup >><\/strong> Manage Users >><\/strong> Mass Email Users. Here the administrator can create a view to populate list of users he wishes to send out an email message to. By default, Salesforce provides an active users view. The administrator can filter out users using various filter criteria in the views. He can keep the filter criteria blank if he wishes to send the email message to all the users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After selecting all the users, the next step is to select an email template. After selecting an email template, the admin can enter the mass email name and decide if they want to schedule the email for a particular date or send the email now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
