This feature empowers users to set default values for the product line and control field visibility based on specific Users and Profiles, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access certain data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Configure Restrict and Grant Field Access<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ll walk through the steps to implement the Restrict and Grant Field Access feature, ensuring better security for your data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to Salesforce org. Navigate to Setup and search for the <strong>Custom Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Manage<\/strong> next to <strong>ERP Configuration<\/strong>, then click <strong>Edit<\/strong> beside your chosen ERP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the &#8220;<strong>Enable Quick Line Entry<\/strong>&#8221; using Salesforce Lightning Components<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, go to the <strong>Order Lines<\/strong> tab and click on <strong>Settings<\/strong> to configure the Restrict and Grant Field Access feature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/2.RestrictProdDescription.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; for the System Administrator, the System Administrator will no longer be able to view the Product Description field in the Quick Line Entry and configure the Restrict and Grant Field Access feature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/4.GrantProdDescription.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9;
