We recently introduced our WooCommerce – Sage 300c integration to automate Orders, Products, and Inventory syncing. Building on this, we have now added Cash Receipt Syncing, enabling WooCommerce payments to flow directly into Sage 300c.
Benefits are as follows:
- Synchronization of WooCommerce payments is automated into Sage 300c as Cash Receipts, and therefore, should ensure that the Accounts Receivable balance is accurate because the receipts are applied to the appropriate orders.
- Reduce manual entry and human error.
- Accelerate the monthly reconciliation process.
- Provide real-time cash inflow visibility.
How it works:
- The customer places the order and makes a payment via WooCommerce.
- GUMU™ reads the payments and order details.
- GUMU detects (automatically) when a payment has successfully processed.
- GUMU creates a Cash Receipt in Sage 300c containing customer, amount, date and Reference.
- GUMU applies the Cash Receipt to the related order/invoice.
