GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage Intacct integration is a real-time bi-directional link which sync customer data from Sage CRM to Sage Intacct and vice versa.
In the latest release of GUMU™ Sage CRM – Sage Intacct, we have introduced several important enhancements aimed at improving transaction handling and streamlining the Quote-to-Order workflow. One of the most significant updates is the addition of Transaction Type support and expanded Quote and Order promotion capabilities.
Key New Features & Enhancements
1. Transaction Type Support
We have introduced Transaction Type selection directly on the CRM Order Summary screen.
Key highlights include:
- Transaction Type dropdown added to the CRM Order Summary screen
- Supported transaction types include:
- Order
- Invoice
- Quote
- Other custom transaction types configured in Sage Intacct
- Transaction types are automatically synchronized from Sage Intacct using the Synchronization Dropdown. This ensures CRM users always have access to the latest transaction definitions configured in Intacct.
2. Promotion of Transactions from Sage CRM to Sage Intacct
With this update, users now have greater flexibility in promoting transactions directly from Sage CRM.
What’s new:
- Users can now promote:
- Orders
- Quotes
- Invoices
- Promotion is performed based on the selected transaction type
- Quotes can be converted into Orders, and the converted records can then be promoted using the selected transaction type
This enhancement allows businesses to manage multiple transaction workflows without switching between systems, resulting in faster processing and reduced manual effort.
3. Sage CRM Quote/Order Screen Enhancements
To support the new transaction workflow and ensure compatibility with Sage Intacct, the Quote module has been enhanced with additional header-level and line-level fields.
These enhancements ensures that all required transaction-related information is captured directly within Sage CRM. As a result, the Order promotion process is now smoother, more reliable, and fully aligned with Sage Intacct’s transaction structure.
With the introduction of Transaction Type support and enhanced Quote workflow capabilities, GUMU™ continues to improve the integration experience between Sage CRM and Sage Intacct.
These updates empower users to manage complex transaction processes directly within Sage CRM while maintaining real-time synchronization with Sage Intacct, resulting in improved efficiency, accuracy, and business performance.
