GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage 300: Introducing Product Inquiry in Quick Line Entry

In our GUMU™ Sage CRM – Sage 300 order entry integration, we have provided option of creating order from Sage CRM to Sage 300. Standard Sage integration between Sage CRM and Sage 300 also have order entry integration. But GUMU order entry integration is web based integration and created using standard Sage CRM order entry screen. One of its biggest advantages is flexibility — GUMU™ can be fully tailored to align with your unique sales and operations workflows.

At Greytrix, we are continuously improving the GUMU™ Sage CRM – Sage 300 integration to help sales teams access ERP insights faster, reduce manual effort, and improve decision-making. As part of these enhancements, we are excited to introduce a new Product Inquiry lookup inside the Quick Line Entry (QLE) screen in Sage CRM.

Product Inquiry Lookup in QLE — Live Inventory at Your Fingertips

With this new capability, CRM users can now view real-time product availability from Sage 300 while creating Quotes or Orders in Sage CRM.

On the QLE screen, each product line includes a Product Inquiry icon. Once clicked:

  • A popup window opens within Sage CRM
  • Live inventory data is fetched instantly from Sage 300 using GUMU™
  • Users get immediate visibility without switching applications

This ensures faster, more confident quoting — especially when dealing with products with fluctuating stock.

What You Can View in Product Inquiry Popup

The Product Inquiry popup displays consolidated ERP inventory details, including:

  • Location ID & Location Name
  • Quantity on Hand
  • Quantity Available
  • Purchase Order Quantity
  • Sales Order Quantity

Sales teams can quickly verify stock at multiple warehouses and ensure product availability before finalizing the order — enhancing customer experience and reducing operational delays.
