What Data Does the Sage Intacct Panel Display?
The panel shows read-only ERP sales data synchronized into the Sage CRM database.
These fields include:

| Total Outstanding | Total unpaid invoice amount |
| Rolling 12 Months | Total invoiced sales for the current fiscal year |

These fields update automatically once a customer is promoted or imported into Sage CRM via GUMU™.
Data Sync Options for ERP Sales Information
Users have two flexible sync methods to keep customer data updated:
1️⃣ Import Custom Fields (Manual Sync)
A built-in feature in Sage CRM under:
Administration → Sage Intacct → Import Custom Fields
Users can sync based on:
- Company code
- Date range
- Customer number range
This updates sales metrics such as Last Invoice Date, Last Sales Order Date, and Total Outstanding Amount.
Windows Scheduler (Auto Sync)
The batch utility can be scheduled to run:
