Invoice Tracking from the AR Inquiry Tab
When users click the Tracking button on the Invoice Details screen under the AR Inquiry tab in Sage CRM, an Invoice Tracking popup is displayed.
This popup presents shipment-related information such as package details, tracking numbers, and carrier information. The layout and behavior are designed to closely match the Sage 100 tracking screen, allowing users to easily understand and use the feature without additional training.
With this enhancement, users can instantly access invoice shipment tracking details directly from Sage CRM, eliminating the need to navigate to Sage 100 or search across multiple screens.
