GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage 100 application is a real-time bi-directional link where we synchronize all the customers and vendors data from Sage 100 to Sage CRM and vice versa. Using this integration, users can access critical ERP data — such as sales invoices, orders, and item sales history directly within the Sage CRM.

One such powerful enhancement enables real-time Credit Limit and Credit Hold checking directly from the Company Summary screen in Sage CRM. How it works:

  • A “Check Credit Limit” button is available on the Company Summary screen in Sage CRM.
  • When the user clicks this button:
  • GUMU triggers a real-time call to Sage 100.
  • The system fetches:
  • Customer Credit Limit
  • Credit Status (Active / On Hold)
  • The system evaluates:
  • Whether the customer has exceeded their credit limit
  • Whether the customer is on Credit Hold
