A GUMU™ subscribed user can access the GUMU™ portal and configure the Intacct and FTP connection details so that these two applications can communicate with one another.
After successful authentication, the user can upload CSV, Excel, text, and XML files containing AR payments data to FTP. Consider an excel file containing payment details.
GUMU™ will read the file data from FTP in the background and extract the relevant information from the file such as company name, invoice number, payment amount, payment method, and bank account details to transfer data into Sage ERP, reducing the manual effort of creating payments in Sage ERP. The procedure of executing the AR payments can be scheduled to run automatically or manually by clicking on play button.
