GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage MAS 500 Integration is a real-time bi-directional integration between SageCRM and Sage MAS 500.

The latest version of GUMU™ for Sage CRM – MAS 500 integration is compatible with following Sage CRM and MAS 500 version:

  • Sage CRM: 6.1, 6.2
  • MAS 500: 7.05, 7.2

Key features of Standard integration

  • Customer Import: Import/synchronize Sage MAS 500 customers to create companies, addresses and people in SageCRM. Create Sage MAS 500 customers from Sage CRM company. Maintain Sage MAS 500 customers in Sage CRM and synchronize data either way.
  • View Orders: View Sales Orders on MAS 500 customer linked to SageCRM Company, drill down to sales order details including line items and delivery status etc. Drill down to stock item from sales order detail and list stock item allocations.
  • AR Inquiry: Enquire on Sage MAS 500 customer linked to SageCRM company. View customer AR activity, including drill down to line item level.
  • Credit Info Analysis: View customer aged analysis, summary and detail, including drill down to transaction splits in detail lines.

Key features of Order Entry integration

  • Product Import: Import/ synchronize MAS 500 items with CRM products.
  • SageCRM Quotes: Create SageCRM quotes using MAS 500 pricing and discounts, including quantity discounts. Quotes may then be converted to orders and promoted to MAS 500 using SageCRM functionality.
  • SageCRM Orders: Create SageCRM orders using MAS 500 pricing and discounts, including quantity discounts. Post-SageCRM order to MAS 500 to create MAS 500 sales order.
