Steps to Enable and Use Quick Product Search

Step 1: Log in to Salesforce

  • Open Salesforce and go to App Launcher.
  • Select GUMU™ Settings from the list of apps.
  • Navigate to the Configuration tab within the settings.

Step 2: ERP Configuration

  • In the Setup tab, search for Custom Settings.
  • Edit the ERP Configuration settings.
  • Make sure the Enable Quick Line Entry checkbox is selected.

Step 3: Create a Sales Order

  • Go to the Sales Order tab.
  • Create a new order.
  • On the Quick Line Entry screen, the Quick Product Search Text field will be available for use.
  • Enter the product details using Quick Product Search on order line items.
