GUMU for Sage CRM – Sage PRO integration – Sage CRM side configuration

GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage PRO integration is real time bi-directional integration. In this blog, we will go through the steps to configure our GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage Pro integration from Sage CRM side. For this, user will have to follow the below steps to configure our GUMU integration.

New Stuff : GUMU Sage CRM side configuration for Sage 100 ERP Integration

1.   Install the GUMU setup and GUMU workstation setup by referring installation guide.
2.   Logon to Sage CRM with a admin user and navigate to Administration → Customization → Component Manager
ProImage3. You will see components listed namely GUMU_Pro_Int and GUMU_PRO_OE.
4. Install the component in a sequence.
–     GUMU_Pro_Int
–     GUMU_PRO_OE
5. Once these components are installed, you will able to see the Sage Pro ERP Admin button in the administration section.
ProImage02For configuring GUMU Integration, please follow below steps.
Configure the Sage Pro User :-
Go to Administration -> Users -> Users in the Sage CRM system.  In more user Details section, enter Sage PRO user. This Sage PRO user should be admin level dedicated user which will be used for GUMU integration.

GUMU Configuration :-
1.   Login to Sage CRM and navigate to Administration section
2.   Click on the Greytrix Pro ERP Admin -> New button.
3.   Enter the Company configuration details as given below.
ProImage04Sage ProERP connection key: These key gets generated in sage Pro once you are done with the configuration at Sage Pro Side.
Company ID and Name: Enter the Sage PRO company ID and name which you wants to be integrated with Sage CRM.
Miscellaneous Setting: In miscellaneous setting, user can set the basic setting such as Generate Customer ID, Grid per Row Etc.
Once this is done, user can now user GUMU integration for creating customer from Sage CRM and reading data from Sage Pro ERP.
