AR Profit Analysis and Sales Performance Customization at Global, Customer, and Invoice Levels in GUMU™

This customization introduces a comprehensive AR Profit Analysis solution in Sage CRM, enabling organizations to analyze sales performance and profitability across three critical business levels:

  • Global Level – Organization-wide performance with salesperson-based filtering
  • Customer Level – Profitability analysis per customer across associated salespersons
  • Invoice Level – Detailed cost and gross profit visibility at the transaction level

The primary objective is to deliver actionable financial insights directly inside Sage CRM, reducing dependency on external reporting tools and eliminating manual calculations.

Global-Level Profit Analysis

At the Global Level, users can filter data by Salesperson or view consolidated results for all salespersons. This view displays combined performance data for all companies associated with the selected salesperson, providing management teams with a high-level overview of organizational sales performance, profitability trends, and revenue contribution.

Customer-Level Profit Analysis

At the Customer Level, a new custom tab has been added to the Company screen in Sage CRM. This tab presents consolidated profitability data for the selected customer across all associated salespersons. It provides key financial insights such as total invoiced value, cost, gross profit, and gross profit percentage, enabling teams to better understand customer profitability and account performance.

Invoice-Level Cost and Gross Profit Visibility

At the Invoice Level, cost and gross profit details are displayed directly on the AR Invoice Details screen. These values are calculated using invoice history data and provide complete transaction-level transparency. Users can quickly evaluate the profitability of individual invoices without running external reports or navigating to ERP screens.
