Message displayed against Inactive Customer during Quote/Order process using GUMUX3 Connector

GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage X3 integration is a real-time bi-directional link which sync customer data (Customer/Address/Contact) from Sage CRM to Sage X3 and vice versa.

Today in this blog, we will discuss about the warning message which displayed by GUMU during New Quote/Order process against Inactive Customer using GUMUX3 integration.

New Stuff: Pre– Requisites for installing GUMU for Sage CRM – Sage X3

On Company Summary screen of Sage CRM there is a status field through which we can identify the respective customer status as Active or Inactive. Refer below screenshot.

If any Sage CRM user creates new Quote against any Inactive Customer then GUMU will display validation message as ‘Customer is Inactive. You cannot create Quote\Order for this customer‘. Please refer below screenshot,

Similar message will popup when the user try to create new order against Inactive customer. For that you can refer below screenshot,

User will have to change the Customer Status from Inactive to Active on Company Summary screen, so that they can create and promote Quote/Order from Sage CRM to Sage X3.
