In many business scenarios, users working in Sage CRM require immediate access to the latest ERP information while interacting with records in CRM. To address this need, we have implemented a functionality that allows users to fetch real-time data from Sage 100 directly within Sage CRM.
A custom button is provided within Sage CRM, which allows users to trigger synchronization for the relevant record. When the user clicks this button, the system retrieves the latest information from Sage 100 and updates the corresponding data in Sage CRM.
For example, in a customer context, the button(I.e. Sync Data) can retrieve information such as last sales order details, YTD sales, LYTD sales, last invoice date, salesperson, credit limit, and other relevant financial data directly from Sage 100.

This functionality is not limited to customer information. It can be used to synchronize various types of ERP data from Sage 100 into Sage CRM.
