We are excited to showcase one of our custom feature we provided within the standard GUMU™ AR Invoice Details screen, developed for multiple clients to address specific business needs.
One of our clients, who manages a high volume of Lot and Serial Number items in Sage 100, wanted the ability to view detailed Lot information directly against corresponding AR Invoices within Sage CRM.
This requirement stemmed from the need to:
- Ensure lot traceability for invoiced items
- Improve customer service through quick access to lot details
To meet this requirement, we provided a custom “Lot Details” button within the AR Invoice Inquiry Detail page in Sage CRM.
When a user clicks this button, a real-time pop-up window appears, pulling data directly from Sage 100. This window displays a structured, easy-to-read grid containing essential lot tracking details, including:
- Lot/Serial Number
- Expiration Date
- Quantity
- Unit Price
- Extended Amount

Implementing this customization delivers multiple business advantages:
- Improved Traceability – Track lot and serial items seamlessly across invoices.
- Real-Time Data Access – Instantly fetch lot information from Sage 100 without leaving Sage CRM.
By providing this real-time visibility, our customization strengthens data accuracy and operational transparency across sales, service, and inventory teams.
