GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage Intacct is a real-time, bi-directional integration that synchronizes customer and vendor data seamlessly between Sage Intacct and Sage CRM. This ensures data consistency across both systems and enables CRM users to access ERP information without switching platforms.
With the GUMU integration, critical information from Sage Intacct is displayed directly within Sage CRM through custom tabs, providing users with real-time visibility into vendor-related data.
In this blog, we will explore the new features introduced in our latest GUMU™ Integration release, designed to provide users with more flexibility and enhanced functionality when working with vendor data.
New Vendor Inquiry Tabs in Sage CRM
We have introduced three new vendor inquiry tabs on the Sage CRM Company screen for companies with the Sage Intacct Type set to Vendor:
- AP Bills
- Purchase Orders
- Vendor Invoices
These tabs display real-time vendor data synced from Sage Intacct to Sage CRM for the Company with Sage Intacct Type as Vendor.
To control access to this information, we have added vendor columns on user-level permission settings. Administrators can allow or restrict access to these vendor tabs for specific Sage CRM users. To grant access, the corresponding vendor data tabs checkboxes must be enabled for the user in the User Permission Settings, as shown in the screenshot below.
AP Bills
The AP Bills tab allows CRM users to view all Accounts Payable bills associated with the selected vendor. This data is retrieved in real time from Sage Intacct once the bills are created and posted.
To help users quickly locate specific bills, several filters are available, including:
- Bill Number
- Voucher Number
- Created Date
Users can also click on the Bill Number hyperlink to drill down and view detailed payment information for each bill.
Purchase Orders
The Purchase Orders tab displays a real-time list of all purchase orders created for the corresponding vendor. Users can view purchase orders across various statuses, such as Draft, Pending, Converted, and more.
Available filters include:
- Purchase Order Number (Document Number)
- Reference Number
- Created Date
By clicking on a specific purchase order number, users can view detailed information such as purchased items, amounts, and other order-related details.
Vendor Invoices
The Vendor Invoices tab provides visibility into all Accounts Payable invoices posted in Sage Intacct for the selected vendor. The list displays all the posted invoices in real time from Sage Intacct.
Users can click the View Details hyperlink for a specific invoice to see both header-level and line-item details. The following filters are available to streamline searches:
- Document Number
- Reference Number
- Created Date
These enhancements empower CRM users with deeper insights into vendor transactions while maintaining secure, role-based access to sensitive financial data—further strengthening the value of the GUMU™ integration.
