GUMU for Sage CRM – Sage 100 integration is a real-time bi-directional link .i.e. any changes made either in Sage CRM or Sage 100 will be replicated immediately in the other system. In our upcoming GUMU version, we are introducing a new feature where user can integrate vendor details from Sage CRM – Sage 100 and vice versa.
In GUMU™ integration, for updating changes from Sage 100 to Sage CRM, we have created GUMU Sage 100 module. In this blog post, we will go through the process of configuring GUMU Module in Sage 100 for vendor, so that real time changes of vendor from Sage 100 to Sage CRM should work.
Let see the different settings present under “Synchronization settings: Vendor” as follows
Vendor Synchronization settings:-
- Inactive:- If you check this checkbox, then vendor data synch from Sage 100 to Sage CRM will get disabled. i.e. Any changes made to the Sage 100 vendor record will not update corresponding record in Sage CRM.
- Vendor:- For enabling real time synch from Sage 100 to Sage CRM for Sage CRM company (with type vendor), Vendor check box should be checked. If this is not checked, then any changes made to Sage 100 vendor records will not update corresponding company (with type vendor) records in Sage CRM in company entity.
- Vendor Contact:- For enabling real time synch from Sage 100 to Sage CRM for Sage 100 contact synching, this check box should be checked. If this is not checked then any changes made to Sage 100 vendor Contacts records will not update corresponding person records of vendor in Sage CRM.
- Vendor Address:- For enabling real time synch from Sage 100 to Sage CRM for vendor’s purchase address records, this check box should be checked. If this is not checked, then any changes made to Sage 100 vendor purchase address records will not update corresponding address records of vendor in Sage CRM.
Once you are done with these configurations, Sage 100 to Sage CRM vendor data update will start flowing.
