Sort Sales Orders by Most Recent Date on ERP Real-Time Page in Salesforce for Sage 100

This blog will focus on ensuring sales orders are listed in descending order by Order Date, highlighting the importance of data accuracy  and user experience on real-time ERP interfaces.

We’ll walk through the steps to implement this feature,

  • Login to Salesforce Org.
  • Open the GUMU Integration app.
  • In the App Launcher, search for and open Inquiries.

  • From the list of available inquiries, select Sales Order.
  • In the Order by Field, click the pencil icon to edit.

  • Click Save. Now navigate to the Accounts tab.
  • Click ERP Customer Details and navigate to the Sales Order section.

  • Under the Sales Order List tab, you’ll can see orders displayed from newest to oldest.

Note

For Sage 100, Sales Orders can only be displayed in descending order
