Real-time details in GUMU™ Sage 100 ERP Integration for Salesforce

GUMU™ Sage ERP Integration for Salesforce is where records get updated from Sage 100 ERP to Salesforce and vice versa on a real-time basis depending on the sync option. In this blog, we will discuss the information which we are fetching from the Sage 100 ERP on a real-time basis and this information is not stored in Salesforce.

Currently, we are displaying the below data on a real-time basis in our GUMU™ SAGE ERP Integration for Salesforce.

After successful installation of the package in the organization and importing Customers from Sage 100 ERP to Salesforce, follow the below steps to view the real-time ERP Details.
-> Open an Account in Salesforce which is imported from Sage 100. An imported Customer will have a Customer number field which is a link to view the details of the Customer.
-> Click on ERP Details button/ Customer No. link.

Customer: You can view a detailed real-time information of an integrated Customer by clicking on the Customer No. link/ERP Details button on the Accounts page of Salesforce. By default, the page displayed is that of Customer details. The screen also provides you with various tabs for viewing additional details like Orders and Invoices.

Sales Order along with its Line Items: You can view the Order Inquiry details by selecting a particular integrated customer and navigating to the Sales Order tab. You can also drill down any order by clicking on the Order Number link to view the Order information and Line item details.

AR Inquiry: Similarly, you can view all the AR inquiries for an integrated Customer.

Note: All the real-time details will be displayed only for Accounts linked with Sage 100 Customers.
