Activate workflows for Opportunity/Cases created through Email manager server in ACCPAC CRM.

Need to keep track of incoming mails? Want to sort them with reference to cases?

Now it is possible with in Sage CRM. We have the tool which will track the subject line for any incoming mail in outlook and find the reference case for this email. If the case does not exist, then it will create a new case and enable the case workflow for this newly created case.
