Solution:
We have a tool, which provides a button say “Upload a File” which is visible on screen once the Case has been saved. Whenever user clicks on this button a new window will pop up through which user can browse the file path. Moreover, by clicking on the”Upload” button the user could add the file to the Library of the current Case record.
