Are you looking to provide calendar control in your Customer Self Service Portal so that picking up the dates accordng to the requirement would be a quite simple task???
Well, this is quite doable.
Basically, if we use the Sage CRM standard date field in the Self Service portal, we will not be able to see the Calendar control for the same. Here, we have to enter the date value manually.
We have a component usng which we can see the calendar control for the date field as we do in the standard sage CRM page in the self service portal. You can refer the screenshot given below to check how it will look.
