Are you planning to Move your Sage CRM database from one server to another?? Make sure you have followed all the below instructions after doing so.
1. Make sure you have put the proper database server name and login details for the same as shown below.
2. If Self service support site is enabled for your version, the entry for table connection is made under the Administration -> Advanced Customization -> Tables and Databases as below.
Click on the eWareSelfService link as shown above and you will see the screen given below.
You need to make sure here also the proper credentials for the database server are entered. If you don’t change this self service configuration, you may also receive Metadata Load error below “Log Off” button as soon as you login to the CRM.
