Configuring Static email address in from field while sending e-mail

Sending an email to stakeholder is quite a straight forward task in CRM. We can simply follow below steps to get the work done.
1) Log into Sage CRM.
2) Right click on New button.
3) Select New Email option from list.
4) Select the From Email address.
5) Enter the required Email address details in To and CC field.
6) Click on the send email button.

1) Log into Sage CRM.
2) Go to administration | Email and Documents | Email alias.
When these aliases are set and CRM agent works on the Email sending every time he has to select an email address in From Email address field from available aliases. Can this field set an email address by default? Well, the answer is yes.

1) Log into Sage CRM.
2) Go to administration | Customization | users.
3) Find the Users find screen.
4) Click on the last name hyperlink.
5) Click on the User Preference tab.
6) Click on the change button.
7) Select required email address from Default E-mail address field.
8) Click on the save button.
