Now a days, business have shifted on Mobile using Mobile Apps. In our busy schedule accessing information has become easy and quick through Mobile. By using Sage CRM on your mobile or tablet device, one can easily work outside the office as they work inside the office.

In App multiple users can use same App, like in service industry any user can be allocated for a service job. In such cases Android App has a login facility. Where any user can log in and access the data, according to his login rights.
Most of the time in system up-gradation cases the URL is changed or temporarily moved. In those cases Greytrix has come up with an option to change the URL of the web where App will be sync with the users where they can access data form the same App with different URL.
Greytrix has introduced the signature functionality in the App for the service industries where we require the Customers/Clients acknowledgement.
Workflows and Mails functionality is available for acknowledgment in CRM. However in App client can sign on the android device as an acknowledgment of work completed or service received. The signature is stored in the App against the user’s unique id like Case ID or Account No. It will synchronise with the CRM server as soon as the sync is run on the Android App.
Similarly, the service provider or assigned employee will sign off on the job allocated to him. The signature part can be for the employee also.
In case a business has multiple employees using the same App with same Login, the signature is used for identification purpose.
